COSA SONO LE BIOMASSE?

Sono considerate biomasse tutti quei prodotti di origine agricola e vegetale che possono essere bruciati per produrre calore/energia. Rientrano quindi in questa categoria: legna, pellet, mais, nocciolino di sansa, gusci di nocciole, di mandorla e di pistacchi, eccetera. Questi combustibili sono ritenuti energeticamente sostenibili perché rilasciano nell’ambiente una quantità di anidride carbonica più o meno uguale a quella assorbita durante le fasi di crescita della pianta da cui derivano; e inoltre sono completamente biodegradabili.

Le biomasse sono dunque utilizzate per produrre energia termica (calore) per il riscaldamento di ambienti. È possibile sfruttare questi combustibili utilizzando stufe, camini, caldaie, termocucine e termocamini per riscaldare interi edifici oppure singole zone in base alle proprie esigenze e alle tipologie di impianti. È la più antica fonte di energia utilizzata dall’uomo.

Il principale vantaggio del riscaldamento a biomasse è il grande risparmio economico in confronto ai combustibili tradizionali.

LE BIOMASSE DI COV-ENERGIA

Produciamo interamente all’interno del nostro stabilimento di Sabaudia (LT) nocciolino di puro osso di oliva, misto nocciolino e misto ecologico.

Le nostre biomasse possono essere fornite confezionate in sacchi da 12,5 Kg (bancali da 80 sacchi) oppure confezionate in Big Bag che possono variare da 8 q.li a 1 Tonnellata.
